Model2GDS third-party attribution

Bundled GDS files contain SKY130 standard-cell geometry, not just project RTL.
The routed designs combine those cells with generated placement, routing and
top-level geometry. These generated/composed layouts are not unmodified PDK
source distributions. Upstream cell material retains its original licensing.

open_pdks — PDK processing and supporting cell material

Exact upstream license/source URLs, hashes and installed revision metadata are
preserved in results/raw/phase2/sprint/SUBMISSION_LICENSE_001/query.stdout.log and its captured inputs.
Project additions use the root LICENSE. This notice does not alter upstream terms.

The later accelerator routing images in supplement/physical20/layouts/ are
project-generated views of composed SKY130 layouts, using the same pinned PDK
and standard-cell library. They retain the above upstream attribution. Their
source GDS identities, rendering selection and project renderer are recorded in
supplement/physical20/provenance.json and
supplement/physical20/raw/layout_manifest.json.
Supplementary project scripts and documentation use the root Apache-2.0 LICENSE.
No additional PDK source distribution or third-party notebook is included.
